CANDLE CARE TIPS
BEST PRACTICES

-
The first burn is the most important!!
-
If the wax is not allowed to melt from edge to edge of the jar it will create a “memory ring,” especially if this is the first time the candle is lit. FYI- Once a candle has this “memory ring,” it will continue to tunnel and burn that way for the life of the candle.
-
Make sure your wick is centered, if it is off gently pull it back to the middle while the candle is not lit.
-
Using a wick trimmer or a pair of scissors, trim your wick to ¼ of an inch before lighting your candle, every time.
-
Trimming helps to lessen the soot (black smoke) & mushrooming of the wick.
-
Make sure there are no debris, soot, wick trimmings in the candle before lighting.
-
Allow candles to burn for 2-4 hours to get the best experience.
-
The smaller the candle, the less fragrant it may be. If you aren’t getting a strong enough smell, try placing your candle in a smaller room
-
Don't forget to check out suggested songs on the fragrance page, light your candle and ENJOY THE VIBES!!!

SAFETY PRACTICES

-
Never leave a candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
-
Keep your candle away from ceiling fans, high traffic areas, and vents, to avoid the breeze drafting the flame.
-
Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.
-
Extinguish and let cool for two hours before relighting.
-
Discontinue use when ½" of wax remains at the bottom of the jar to avoid heat damage to the counter/surface or container itself.
-
Always store your candle cool, dry, dark place.
