SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Brown Sugah Candles & Essential Oils!

 

***Processing and shipping times are 7-10 business days; weekends are NOT included***

During holiday seasons & extenuating circumstances like COVID-19, USPS may experience delays beyond our control. Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail from the southern region of the United States of America. Please make sure you move your package indoors as quickly as possible to avoid heat damage once delivered to you.

Return Policy

While we aim to hand-pour and ship the very best Brown Sugah Candles & Essential Oils to you, sometimes things happen, and in the event of your item(s) arriving damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you.

 

Timeframe for Returns

For refunds/returns (damaged/defective goods only) you have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy. Customers will need to show proof of the damaged/unused item via picture or video. The damaged/defective product details & order number will be emailed to support@brownsugahcandles.com to resolve the matter.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
